Problem
A brand-new domain with no rankings and no AI citations. Optimizing without a baseline is guessing.
What I built
A 12-query GEO tracker across three models, plus a Search Console + Ahrefs snapshot of the priority pages.
Result
The target keyword sat at page 2, position 14. Zero of 12 buyer queries cited freddy.ai. Those are the numbers to beat.
What I'd do differently
Track citations from day one — I started three weeks late and lost a clean before/after.
